Citi raised the firm’s price target on Doma Holdings to $6.29 from $6 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after the company entered into an agreement to go private via an all-cash merger at $6.29 per share with Title Resources Group. The firm says it is unable to identify reasons for the deal not to close as planned.
