Reports that Disney (DIS) is in talks to sell ABC are “greatly exaggerated,” and while sources have said Disney held early stage talks with Nexstar (NXST) for the network, insiders say no banker has been hired and no sales book is circulating, The New York Post’s Josh Kosman and Alexandra Steigrad report. Sources also say Nexstar “isn’t in a good position” to pay what Disney would likely ask for ABC.
