Disney (DIS) and Charter Communications (CHTR) have reached an agreement that will restore Disney’s channels to the cable operator’s nearly 15M subscribers, ending a blackout that lasted for more than a week, Joe Flint of Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of Disney are up 2% to $83.23 while Charter is u 2% to $431.87 in morning trading.
