BTIG analyst Marvin Fong downgraded Digital Media Solutions to Neutral from Buy without a price target. Existing shareholders should continue to hold their positions, but potential new investors "should take a wait-and-see approach," the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes fundamentals for the company "will be choppy" for the next four quarters, which will likely keep shares range-bound. Additionally, Digital Media’s execution has been "spotty" for several quarters, and it needs to deliver a few "clean quarters" before warranting a constructive stance again, BTIG says.
