Barclays analyst Jeanine Wai lowered the firm’s price target on Devon Energy to $67 from $82 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares post the Q4 results. The analyst says "show me" stories are tough in the "current unforgiving environment and they take time to prove out."
