Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Dell Technologies to $94 from $53 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The company narrowly beat fiscal Q4 revenue estimates and offered a largely in-line outlook for fiscal 2025, but Q1 earnings were guided below the Street with declining margins, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says all the focus will be on Dell’s artificial intelligence servers, which were 3.6% of revenues in the quarter and estimated to be 6% in fiscal 2025. “We don’t see success here as enough,” it writes.
