Dell buys Cloudify for roughly $100M, TechCrunch reports

Dell is acquiring Cloudify, an Israeli startup that has built a platform for cloud orchestration and infrastructure automation, TechCrunch’s Ingrid Lunden reports. "Dell Technologies announced that it has completed the acquisition of Cloudify," a Dell spokesperson told TechCrunch. "This transaction allows Dell to continue to innovate our edge offerings." Dell did not disclose the value of the detail, but sources told TechCrunch that the transaction is valued at roughly $100M. Reference Link
