Doordash (DASH) made an approach last month to London-listed Deliveroo (DROOF), but recently flagged its interest in a takeover of Britain’s meal delivery group, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Amy-Jo Crowley and Abigail Summerville. Doordash and Deliveroo’s talks ended after a disagreement on valuation and there are no talks ongoing, said one of the sources. Shares of Doordash are up 2.5% to $113.47 in Tuesday afternoon trading.
