Truist analyst Jake Bartlett raised the firm’s price target on Dave & Buster’s to $78 from $75 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results saw a “miss” on same-store sales but a beat on adjusted EBITDA, the analyst tells investors in a research note, noting that after setting the stage for accelerating sales, Dave & Buster’s has begun to launch meaningful sales drivers that include increased game pricing, new menu launch, value oriented marketing, re-models and special events sales people. Operating efficiencies at Dave & Buster’s should also support the company’s margin expansion, the firm added.
