CVRx announced the appointment of Kevin Hykes as the Company’s new President and CEO, effective February 12. Hykes will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors. Nadim Yared will retire from the Company and resign his Board seat concurrent with Hykes’ appointment and has agreed to consult with the Company to ensure a seamless transition. Hykes currently serves as the President and CEO of Augmedics.
