CVR Energy announced a Q2 dividend of 50c per share. In addition, the Company announced a special dividend of $1.00 per share. The quarterly and special dividends, as declared by CVR Energy’s Board of Directors, will be paid on August 21 to stockholders of record as of August 14. CVR Partners announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a Q2 cash distribution of $4.14 per common unit, which will be paid on August 21, 2023, to common unitholders of record as of August 14.
