Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on CVB Financial to $23.50 from $25.50 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm is also trimming its 2024/2025 EPS to $1.38/$1.40 from $1.50/$1.45 largely due to a lower net interest margin and higher NIE, which is partly offset by a more muted LLP.
