CPPIB explores buying out ReNew Energy shareholders, Bloomberg says

The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, or CPPIB, is exploring buying the shares of ReNew Energy Global that it doesn’t already own and taking the company private, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Anto Antony. Nasdaq-listed shares of ReNew are up 21c, or 5%, to $4.60 in pre-market trading in New York following the report. Reference Link
