JPMorgan upgraded Cousins Properties to Overweight from Neutral with a price target of $27, up from $26. The firm, which is making eleven ratings changes in conjunction with its 2024 REITs and Real Estate Services Outlook, says Cousins’ portfolio quality is “very high” and contends that its balance sheet leverage is low, which should help it outperform its peers.
