Barclays analyst Brendan Lynch assumed coverage of Cousins Properties with an Overweight rating and $25 price target. The REIT’s ability to achieve 24% higher than average rents for class A office properties in each of its markets demonstrates the value of its centrally-located, premier assets, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The company’s consistent in- place rent growth every quarter since Q2 of 2017 also demonstrates continued tenant demand and favorable pricing dynamics, the firm added.
