Louisiana’s Second Circuit Court of Appeal reversed a temporary restraining order granted to Energy Transfer’s (ET) ETC Tiger Pipeline to prevent DT Midstream (DTM) from constructing a perpendicular pipeline beneath ETC’s pipeline, reported Bloomberg’s Elizabeth Elkin. Multiple developers are sparring with Energy Transfer, saying the pipeline heavyweight is blocking them from building projects by not allowing them to cross over its existing conduits, the report noted. DT Midstream shares are fractionally higher in afternoon trading following news of the ruling.
