Coursera initiated with an Outperform at BMO Capital

BMO Capital initiated coverage of Coursera with an Outperform rating and $24 price target. The analyst expects the company’s “robust” revenue growth to continue through its flywheel approach and taking advantage of key secular drivers like upskilling and digital transformation. While the company is not yet profitable, it should get there over time given the scalable nature of its learning platform, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
