TD Cowen analyst Robert Moskow lowered the firm’s price target on Conagra Brands to $28 from $29 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The firm noted the company lowered 2024 sales and EPS guidance despite a modest EPS beat in 2Q. Cowen said it reinforces their view that Conagra s high exposure to low-income consumers necessitates deeper price cuts than peers to stabilize volume declines.
