Comcast (CMCSA) and Disney (DIS) have tapped investment banks to value their streaming platform Hulu, the latest step in a yearslong process to place the service under a single owner, CNBC’s Alex Sherman reports. Comcast, which holds one-third of the service, has hired Morgan Stanley (MS), while Disney, which owns the remainder, has brought in JPMorgan (JPM), the author notes.
