Chicago’s local media of late has been reporting on electric vehicle charging stations being frozen “car graveyards, ” amid a slower charging process in cold weather, Richard Currie wrote for The Register…According to The Register story, the frigid temperatures were particularly bothersome for Tesla (TSLA) owners. “The problem is that battery basics simply do not work well in freezing conditions,” The Register noted. Other Electric vehicles sold in the United States include General Motors (GM), Ford (F), Rivian Automotive (RIVN), and Lucid Group (LCID).
