UBS analyst Adam Beatty initiated coverage of Cohen & Steers with a Sell rating and $68 price target. The stock valuation is not to fully reflect the company’s 64% concentration in real estate and more costly debt refinancing driven by higher interest rates, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the relative ranking of Cohen & Steers’ largest funds has slipped during the hiking cycle.
