Codorus Valley Bancorp raises quarterly cash dividend 6% to 17c per share

On July 11, 2023, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on August 8, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 25, 2023, which is an increase of $0.01 or 6 percent over the prior quarter’s cash dividend payment.
