The Board of CNH Industrial N.V. intends to recommend to the Company’s shareholders an annual cash dividend of EUR 0.36 per common share, totaling approximately EUR 483 million. The proposed dividend remains subject to formal Board approval and the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on April 14, 2023.
