U.S. insurer CNA is being sued by Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of FTX, for allegedly failing to pay out on a policy taken out to meet his legal bills, The Financial Times’ Joshua Oliver and Ian Smith report. Bankman-Fried has filed a legal complaint against CNA, saying that the company had not paid out on directors and officers insurance after $10M in cover from London-based Beazley and Australia’s QBE maxed out.
