The Company continues to expect fiscal year 2023 sales of approximately $420M and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $60M, or an adjusted EBITDA margin of 14.3%. In addition, capital expenditures are expected to range between $7 – $8M and free cash flow is expected to range between $35 – $40M for the full year 2023.
