B. Riley analyst Anna Glaessgen lowered the firm’s price target on Clarus to $8 from $9 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares ahead of the Q4 report. The firm believes expectations for Q4 are “fairly muted,” considering the general tone of outdoor and sporting goods vendors this earrings season, as well as the stock’s relative performance. The firm adjusted the model for the Precision Sports sale, tempered assumptions for outdoor, and a more conservative multiple to remaining businesses.
