Reports Q4 revenue $44.61M, consensus $44.95M. "Our active approach to asset management and value creation led to strong operating results in the fourth quarter and 2022 as a whole," commented James Farrar, the company’s CEO. "For the year, we generated the highest annual Core FFO per share in the Company’s history and, in doing so, increased Core FFO per share 15% over the prior year. This was a result of, among other initiatives, our integration and stabilization of the three major acquisitions in Raleigh, Phoenix and Dallas that we made in December 2021."
