Citigroup is overhauling the leadership of its wealth management unit, whose growth has fallen short of goals during a market downturn, the Wall Street Journal’s David Benoit and Rachel Louise Ensign report. Jim O’Donnell, chief of global wealth management, will become vice chairman of the company and head of senior client engagement, the authors say, citing people familiar with the matter.
