Wells Fargo lowered the firm’s price target on Citi to $55 from $60 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The price target reduction is due to less-than-expected estimated loan and capital markets growth, as well as fewer buybacks due to regulatory changes, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
