Citi reiterates a Buy rating on Volaris and opens a “30-day positive catalyst watch” on the shares post the Q4 report. The carrier is seeing very strong unit revenue growth and appears to have more opportunities to improve route mix and ancillary revenue generation, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says Volaris does not appear to be heavily reliant on sale/leaseback gains or RTX engine compensation, with unit revenue strength driving the upside in Q4.
