Churchill Capital Corp VII to transfer listing to Nasdaq

Churchill Capital Corp VII, a special purpose acquisition company, announced that it plans to transfer the listing of its shares of Class A common stock, public warrants and public units from the New York Stock Exchange to Nasdaq Global Market. Churchill VII expects that listing and trading of its securities on the NYSE will end at market close on February 2, 2024, and expects to commence trading as a Nasdaq-listed company upon market open on February 5, 2024.
