Church & Dwight raises quarterly dividend 4% to 28.375c per share

Consistent with the company’s capital allocation strategy, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a 4% increase in the quarterly dividend from 27.25c to 28.375c per share, equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.135 per share. This raises the annual dividend payout from $267M to approximately $276M. The quarterly dividend will be payable March 1st, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 15th, 2024. This is the 28th consecutive year in which the company has increased the dividend. The company has paid a consecutive quarterly dividend for 123 years.
