Choice Hotels (CHH) has nominated a slate of eight directors to replace Wyndham’s (WYN) current board, moving forward with its $8B hostile bid, Reuters’ Anirban Sen reports. According to sources, Choice’s slate of nominees includes hospitality industry veteran Jay Shah, Susan Schnabel, founder of aPriori Capital Partners which advises private equity on leveraged buyouts, and James Nelson, CEO of real estate investment trust Global Net Lease (GNL).
