China Index Holdings sets record date for dissemination of transaction statement

China Index Holdings announced that it has set March 2 as the record date for the dissemination of Rule 13e-3 Transaction Statement on Schedule 13E-3 in connection with a previously announced "going private" transaction contemplated under an agreement and plan of merger the company entered into with CIH Holdings and CIH Merger Sub Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of parent, on December 22, 2022.
