Chimerix announced the appointment of Marc Kozin as the newest member of the Company’s Board of Directors. In addition, Patrick Machado has announced his retirement from the Chimerix Board effective at the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in June, after ten years of service. Kozin brings more than 35 years of experience in corporate and business strategy consulting, merger and acquisition advisory services, and value management.
