Ceva announced that SKAIChips Co. has licensed the RivieraWaves Bluetooth 5.4 IP for the development of an Electronic Shelf Label IC. Global technology intelligence firm ABI Research forecasts that the ESL market will grow from nearly 185M annual shipments in 2022 to nearly 560M units by 2027, with Bluetooth-enabled ESLs accounting for a growing portion of the overall market.
