Cowen analyst Matthew Ramsay raised the firm’s price target on Ceva to $40 from $30 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said results were a mixed bag but we are leaning positive with 4Q likely better than feared. Cowen said all is on track long-term despite the unsurprising first half 2023 macro softness.
