Centrus Energy (LEU) announced that it has entered into an at-the-market equity offering sales agreement, under which Centrus may, from time to time, offer and sell shares of its Class A common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $1B, through or to any of the sales agents named therein. Barclays, Citi, UBS Investment Bank and Evercore ISI are serving as lead sales agents and B. Riley Securities, Guggenheim Securities, MUFG, William Blair, Lake Street and Northland Capital Markets are serving as additional sales agents.
