Carlyle Group is considering strategic options for StandardAero, including a potential sale that could value the aircraft maintenance services provider at about $10B including debt, Reuters’ David Carnevali reports. Carlyle is in the early stages of evaluating options for StandardAero and is working on selecting advisors to lead the review process, according to sources familiar with the matter, who add that an IPO of the company is also under consideration.
