Citi raised the firm’s price target on Carlyle to $45 from $41 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst increased estimates following the company’s Q4 results, changes to the comp plan and increased buyback authorization. The comp changes will occur gradually and will shift compensation to more carry-driven and lower comp ratio, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
