Baird analyst Timothy Wojs raised the firm’s price target on Carlisle to $435 from $400 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said its roofing checks showed non-res volumes were flattish and slightly below expectations, full-year expectations have been reduced slightly, and pricing declined modestly, worsening from last quarter, and overall somewhat underwhelming.
