Revenue guidance is based on management’s expectations regarding revenues from existing clients, including expansion of CareCloud Wellness which was introduced in 2022, as well as organic growth in new client additions. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be $21 to $23 million for full year 2024 and reflects the improvement from the Company’s cost reduction efforts.
