Canoo (GOEV) and Mullen Automotives’ (MULN) Bollinger Motors have been added to the IRS list of manufacturers eligible for the Commercial Clean Vehicle Credit. The manufacturers on the IRS list have met all requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and have entered into a written agreement with the IRS.
