DA Davidson initiated coverage of Campbell Soup with a Buy rating and $48 price target. The analyst says easier volume compares as the company laps the effects of pantry de stocking, as well as moderating core inflation, are supportive of an inflection in the second half of 2024. The firm believes Campbell is effectively positioned to continue stewardship of the recently acquired Rao’s brand.
