Build-A-Bear sued by Squishmallows owner Jazwares, Reuters reports

Build-A-Bear is being sued by Squishmallows parent Jazwares, which calls its new Skoosherz plush toy line “knockoffs” that infringed its intellectual property rights, Reuters reports. Build-A-Bear filed its own lawsuit against Jazwares on Monday, saying Skoosherz are based on its existing plush animals.
