Brookdale Senior (BKD) also announced that Mark Fioravanti, president and CEO of Ryman Hospitality (RHP), has been appointed to the board. Frank Bumstead will not stand for reelection at the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and will step down from the board at the conclusion of the annual meeting. With Baier’s resignation, Fioravanti’s appointment and following the annual meeting, Brookdale’s board will have an average tenure of approximately four years.
