BrightSpire Capital price target lowered to $8.50 from $9.50 at JMP Securities

JMP Securities lowered the firm’s price target on BrightSpire Capital to $8.50 from $9.50 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Adjusted distributable EPS was above consensus and solidly covered the quarterly dividend of 20c per share with a coverage ratio of 140%, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
