Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Bread Financial to $27 from $28 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares post the Q4 report. The 2024 guidance was worse than expectations on both revenue and credit, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the new disclosure on late fee exposure “confirms a material earnings impact but was also worse than investor expectations.”
