Braze earnings selloff a buying opportunity, says Citi

Citi analyst Tyler Radke views today’s post-earnings weakness in shares of Braze as a buying opportunity. The Q4 revenue beat and Q1 revenue growth guidance that exceeded estimates were somewhat offset by continued softer customer additions and fiscal 2025 revenue outlook that was “just in-line” with consensus, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes results signal Braze continues to see stabilization to reaccelerating growth trends, which are “best-in-class” in front office. Citi says the company’s guidance continues to be conservative.
