Reports Q4 revenue $42.8M, consensus $48.06M. "Despite softening customer demand across the industry during the second half of 2022, we continued to improve profitability, strengthen our balance sheet and broaden our solution suite with award-winning products and services," commented Michael Pope, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Although Q4 2022 revenues declined by 2.7% to $43 million over the prior year period, on a constant currency basis, revenues increased by 7%. Additionally, gross profit margin improved by 1,240 basis points leading to an increase in Adjusted EBITDA of $5 million over the same quarter last year."
